These versatile sewn polypropylene bags are very efficient in both filling and discharge and can be adapted to existing loading/unloading equipment to provide a no capital/low capital efficient integration into fillers and users facilities. Significant economic savings are in complete unloading of material, less packaging waste to dispose of (some users are able to recycle the polypropylene material) and less labor to handle the package. There are many types (shapes, sizes, construction) of bags and most are customized in size, loading and unloading spouts and other specialized needs (stevedore straps, poly liners) etc. We can provide square, round and rectangular
bags sized to fit with your existing pallet size. We can convert square and round bags to use with a standard 40" x 48" pallet.
 Standard polypropylene normally white, varying in fabric weight from 5 oz. to 8 oz. per square yard. Excellent for free flowing materials that are not prone to static electric charge thru a standard 14" diameter x 18" long fill spout and unload from the same size discharge spout. 4 lift straps are standard and the normal bag capacity is usually 2,000 or 2,204 lbs. but can be increased in strength and size to handle 4,000 or more lbs.
Type C Grounded bag. Can be both constructed with carbon filament and/or steel wire thread in a grid pattern with ground tab at bottom corner. These bags must be grounded when filling and discharging material.
 Type D static dissipative. The bag has a built in system to dissipate charge both when loading or unloading conductive type products. These bags are not required to be grounded.
Bag construction can be circular, u-panel, rectangular, square with or without baffles or customized so long as it will unload as required. Bag fabric may be white, black and several colors. Bags can be constructed with multiple unloading features—central discharge, dual central discharge, side discharge and top unloading all to meet an end users requirements. Poly bag liners are available when required by product storage and handling characteristics.
